Course Overview

This course is designed to introduce divers in a safe and competent way to planning, preparing and performing for Underwater Navigation techniques. Its an important link in the chain of continuous training and education within the CMAS system.

Pre-requistes

Minimum age of 15.
One Star diver certified.

The Underwater Navigation diver course covers:

• Navigation dive planning
• Distance estimation
• Natural navigation & Compass navigation
• Search patterns
• Charts & Bearings

Course duration and number of dives

The Underwater Navigation Diver course is a 1 day course and 3 dives are required.

Course Price

11500.00 THB

Additional costs

Recreational Rental equipment if needed. 650.00 THB set p/day.
Purchase of spool, SMB and wriste slate.
Candidates can choose to run this program from our Luxurious Yachts involving additional costs.

Equipment requirement

The Underwater Navigation Diver course has no specific equipment requirement more than your standard recreational dive gear. We do however require that all divers carry a spool, SMB and wriste slate.
